But the problem is the activities were there at River Spirit, we had a supper, dancing, champagne and gambling all scheduled with our friends. They had made arrangements to shuttle us to a Marriott Hotel a mile away. So on New Year's Eve we pulled into Tulsa and just as we entered the town we received a phone call from the resort stating they had over booked and had booked both of our rooms. The lady I spoke with was very nice, her name was Karen and she confirmed everything I said. I explained I had to work, that it is a 2 hour drive to get there, and we would be there no later than 8. We had booked 2 rooms for New Years Eve 3 1/2 weeks before, and I called and confirmed our reservations the night before New Year's Eve (Monday night). I don't usually write bad reviews for locations, but this has to be shared. But I am a Chickasaw Native with a citizenship card. I will say that it appears the female security guard does profile, I appear to look like a white woman.

Unfortunately in the 30 hours we were there we spent around $600 and left with a negative vibe and a paid night that was nonrefundable. There was no warning to not pour pool water back in it was you have to leave the 'pool now.' Basically my advise is to leave your trash and let the staff pick up. When I explained what I did on camera she was hateful and discriminating to me. People a can of beer is $4.10 a piece, why would you pay the can only to pour in the pool? Doesn't make sense. Late afternoon as I was picking up after us and throwing our drink cup and cans away, a female security guard saw me on camera pouring the WATER back in the pool. When he would finish he'd fill up with some pool water to keep it from rolling around on the pavement as he sat in the pool. My husband had been drinking beer out of cans most of the day. The negative review comes on when I was asked to step out of the pool by security. The wait staff at the pool especially on Monica who was our waitress at the pool was extremely attentive. The facility and rooms were clean and nice decorated.

We paid for 2 nights at the casino however, stayed only 1 night.
